The peer group sessions are an integral part of the learning experience, designed to foster collaboration and practical application of concepts. Participants are expected to actively engage in interactive discussions, group exercises, presentations, and real-world problem-solving activities. These sessions enhance networking and knowledge-sharing among senior finance professionals.

The program requires an average commitment of 4-5 hours per week, including live coaching sessions, peer discussions, and self-paced study. Some participants may choose to invest additional time based on their learning preferences and engagement in case studies and supplementary readings.

The program is primarily delivered through live coaching sessions and recorded modules. However, participants will need to acquire supplementary course materials, including:

● 5-6 books on leadership and strategy (available in the marketplace)
● Case studies and simulations from Harvard Business Publishing
● Additional reference materials, worksheets, and frameworks provided during sessions

Yes. The 12-month Strategic CFO Program is eligible for 48 CPE credits, endorsed by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA - USA). MECA CFO Academy is registered as a National Registry CPE Sponsor with NASBA.

No formal exams or tests are required. The Certificate of Completion is awarded based on active participation and attendance in live coaching sessions.

Yes. All live sessions are recorded, and the replays are typically made available to participants within the same day for review at their convenience.

The weekly live sessions are generally held on Saturdays at 4:00 PM or 7:00 PM Dubai time. However, the schedule may be adjusted based on the availability of participants, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.

Yes. Participants will have free access up to 90 days to recorded sessions, case studies, and select course materials after program completion. After 90 days, they may continue their access as long as they want with a nominal subscription fee.
