Sprints

A sprint is a focused four-week burst were the right people come together to make real progress. It’s collaborative, positive, and engaging.

We work in sprints because they efficiently solve the messy and complex nature of cross functional, expert input, decision making and alignment.

We use a series of interdependent interviews, workshops and events to deliver extreme productivity, speed, and progress. What normally takes months can be achieved in weeks.

We take on all the preparation and facilitation, so your team is free to focus only on the challenge at hand. Together we test ideas and make informed decisions in real time, so you see trade-offs as they happen and understand not just the output, but the value being created.

Our strategy, design, research and feasibility projects are delivered as a 4-week Sprint.

Blocks

AI and solution development is undertaken in a 4-week Block.

Before we start each block, we agree on a valuable, measurable outcome. At the end, we assess whether it’s been met.

Every Block gives us a chance to take on learnings and data value, adjust the roadmap, and decide whether to pivot or double-down.

Your commitment is light: one critical meeting per week. For everything else, we provide detailed daily or weekly updates. You’re welcome at every key ceremony, with full transparency and alignment built in.

An AI-powered system to automatically download and parse government filings in near-real time, extracting both numerical and semantic data for further analysis. The system included a human-in-the-loop for validation and accuracy, but still decreased filing-to-data time by a factor of 20.
