The MPG Founding Period
MPG isn't newly invented.
It's newly available.
The thinking behind MPG reaches back to 1981. After surviving a widow-maker heart attack, Stephen began thinking differently about what should happen to the work he had spent decades developing and using. The first 1,000 positions mark the MPG Founding Period — not because MPG is new, but because this is the first time Stephen has chosen to make decades of work available to others.
A select group of Broker Owners personally invited by Stephen — or introduced by someone whose judgment he trusts.
The first 400 qualified real-estate professionals who find MPG, qualify, and decide for themselves to step into the MPG lane.
Broker Owners who help establish MPG as a meaningful recruiting and retention advantage inside their companies.
When position 1,000 is filled, the MPG Founding Period closes. The history is permanent. All first 1,000 Founders receive permanent Founder recognition — and a personally signed keepsake from Stephen. This is not a sale price: no countdown clock, no manufactured deadline.
Qualification Comes First
Not everyone who can slide a credit card
is qualified to hold the MPG License.
Before payment, MPG asks a short group of professional questions — to protect the standard, understand the person applying, and make sure MPG is the right next movement. No payment information is collected during qualification.
The initial MPG License term is five years. One time. Non-recurring. No monthly or annual License fee during that term.
Eligibility
MPG is license-first, not course-first. The License grants entry, materials, and the pathway. Completion may lead to MPG Certified Advisor℠status — subject to requirements and approval.
Certification is never automatic on purchase.
