Log in, go to Settings → Billing, and update your card details. It saves straight away, no need to email us.
When will I be charged for my membership?
On the same date each month (or at the end of your six‑month plan, if you choose that). You’ll see it on your statement as soon as it’s processed.
Can I switch from three months to six months (or vice versa)?
Kajabi doesn’t have a one‑click switch. If you want to change, just email us at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through canceling your current plan and signing up for the other, without losing access.
What happens if my payment fails?
Kajabi will retry automatically. If it still doesn’t go through, we’ll email you with steps to fix it so your access isn’t interrupted.
Do you offer refunds?
Because you get instant access to everything, we don’t offer refunds. But you can cancel anytime after your initial 3 months period has ended and you won’t be charged again after your current billing cycle.
