WHY THE ELITE RETREAT EXISTS

When I was younger, every school holidays my mum would take me to dance workshops.
I was always excited to go. But once I arrived, I often found myself in overcrowded classes, trying to gain feedback in a one-size-fits-all environment. There was plenty of movement and hard work — yet very little individual attention, continuity, or follow-up.
I would come home tired, overwhelmed, and unsure of what I had actually improved… or how it would help me moving forward.
That feeling stayed with me.
And it’s the reason the Elite Retreat exists today.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO DANCE

At the Elite Retreat, we believe happy dancers are healthy dancers. We also believe that true progress happens when we support the whole dancer — not just what she can do in the studio.
This experience takes a holistic and intentional approach, supporting your daughter through:

WHAT THE EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE

Only eight dancers are invited to attend.

Each dancer travels to the Gold Coast, where we stay together for four nights in a beautiful, home-style retreat. This becomes our shared space — calm, welcoming, and supportive — a place where dancers feel safe to learn, grow, and connect.
Across the five days, I work closely with each dancer, alongside my team, to create a personalised roadmap for her dance future using the VRTM method.

This is slow, intentional work — with time, space, and care given to each dancer.

Your daughter will stay in a beautiful, home-style Gold Coast retreat designed to feel calm, safe, and welcoming. This shared space allows dancers to fully settle in, switch off from distractions, and focus on learning, growth, and connection — both in and out of the studio.

This experience offers rare, intentional access. Your daughter works closely with me throughout the retreat, receiving individual attention, guidance, and feedback that simply isn’t possible in large group environments.
