“An amazing day yesterday with Drew Lawrence we finally finished all the songs for my kids album. Who would have thought that this project would ever have come about. What initially started as a poem for a kids assembly to distribute dictionaries with Rotary has become a full blow album of 12 songs for kids to learn from. The next part of the project is getting them live online so that people can hear them and kids can learn. Super energized by this!”

Review of the 8 week course I took with Drew.
Really excellent. I am not a musician at all, but wanted to tap into a bit more of my creative side and learn a bit more about music. Drew’s interactive style is great. Truly I enjoyed every class. I learned sooo much, especially in terms of chords and progressions. I also really enjoyed breaking down some popular songs we all know. I feel enriched.
There is no pressure to perform, but it is available to you should you want to. He did take us through some voice drills for example. He encouraged us all to write and perform a song of our creation. Although I did not seem to have time for that part, I am interested in doing that in the future. If you have any interest in this, what a great way to start.
